Desigual
After a great success in the European arena, the fashion house Desigual was seeking to penetrate the U.S market. SGN developed an entry plan and managed the complete U.S operation, generating substantial revenues in less than two years. The assignment with Desigual included financial and brand analysis, identification of optimal sales distribution channel,s and ultimately, the complete setup of a local infrastructure to operate their wholesale and retail businesses
Besides participating in major trade shows, such as Coterie New York and Project Las Vegas, Desigual shows now a regular at New York Fashion Week.
